A Quick Lick of Paint July 30, 2002 Now that it's the school holidays old Annie has decided to decorate TBG's bedroom. He wants it to be in the colours of his favourite football team the Arsenal (red/white). His plans are so elaborate it makes it look like old Michaelangelo was just messing about. Before this Meisterwerk can begin there was the small matter of tidying his bedroom up. Like a complete idiot last night I offered to give him a hand. It's amazing just how much crap one can get into such a small room-4 black sackfuls. And we found loads of cups and plates that we'd forgotten we even had. A team of eminent microbiologists from a well-known english university have come over to study the several new species of mould that were found to be growing on one plate in particular that must have been there for at least 6 months. And I won't even mention the used underwear that we found stashed under the bed.
