Big problems today with our e-mail at work, since it all goes through a server in North Carolina and they've had a little snow in the last few days. The weekend? Up at the crack of dawn (but she didn't seem to mind) on Saturday to do yet more Christmas shopping-will it ever end? The early start was a) to get a parking space and b)so we'd have time to see Man U v Arsenal on TV in our favourite pub (The Ship). We (old Annie, TBG and I) just made it. Since we didn't get the first choice seats we ended up looking at the back of peoples' heads for a lot of the second half. After the footy old Annie and went back for even more shopping. What a way to spend what is supposed to be a rest day!
